Rejoiner is a SaaS project founded in 2011. Its goal is both simple and incredibly complex—to solve the main problem of online stores, namely abandoned carts. The company offers eCommerce projects the ability to create custom email campaigns to combat this issue and increase revenue. It organizes customer data and gives a clear understanding of what drives lifetime customer value. And Rejoiner is really good at it: abandoned carts are down 10%-20% on average.
Prerequisite
Rejoiner required a Magento integration module. In 2013, they turned to us to develop such a module on Magento 1. When the Magento 2 version came out later, we developed an updated module for them.

Results
As a result of the project, we developed integration modules for both versions of Magento and are still supporting the client. Thanks to our work, Rejoiner was able to reach new markets and gain more new clients. In addition, we have provided support for the use of the module to the company’s clients and carried out the module’s release on the Magento marketplace.
